Architecture worth living in: the garden ensemble
On Königsbrücker Straße, the two 6-storey main buildings, featuring the style of modern city villas, form the portal to the garden property. To the rear, there are two 5-storey detached buildings and two parallel building blocks, each with 4 storeys. The spacious open areas and courtyards of this ensemble are landscaped and feature outdoor seating to relax in.
The architecture as a whole radiates an upscale, feel-good atmosphere, from the elegant sun protection on the floor-to-ceiling windows, to the large balconies and colourful accents on the roof storeys. An underground car park with sufficient parking spaces and access to each building eliminates the need to search for a parking space, while also serving as a secure shelter for bicycles.
The 123 individual flats in QUARTIER NEUSTADT offer an extraordinary variety of sizes and floor plans, from particularly efficient flat layouts to elegant and generously designed flats – singles, couples and families will find suitable living space for their needs.

The location
Dresden
Right at home in the future
A city with world-class culture, this metropolis on the Elbe is especially well-known for its enchanting panorama. The old town’s silhouette, extensive vineyards, along with the multitude of bridges and castles, are characteristic of this city’s view. The name “Florence on the Elbe” aptly conveys the attractiveness of the baroque and classicist architecture, and how it has been masterfully situated in the Mediterranean-like, picturesque landscape of the Elbe valley.
Magnificent palaces, extensive parks, the Semperoper (opera) and the Frauenkirche (church), the Dresdner Zwinger (palace complex), Grünes Gewölbe (treasure museum) and the Gemäldegalerie Alte Meister (old masters gallery) attract visitors from all over the world every year. More than 50 museums exhibit important cultural treasures and art collections. With more than half a million inhabitants, the Saxon state capital is the second largest city in Saxony and the twelfth largest city in Germany. As a former electoral and royal residence, it has a long history as the political centre of Saxony, and the city has that status again today as the seat of the Saxon state government, the Saxon parliament, and of numerous state authorities.
Students will find ideal conditions here in the numerous universities and colleges. The Technische Universität (TU) Dresden, which has been a member of the circle of German universities of excellence since 2012, has a global presence.
Dresden - Äußere Neustadt
A dream locale for many reasons
In Äußere Neustadt, where the city’s centre and the outskirts most come together, everything is nearby: whether it is the banks of the Elbe with its world-famous silhouette, the Neustadt long-distance railway station, the airport, which is only 10 minutes away by car, or the huge Dresdner Heide recreational area.
And yet it rather suffices to just stay in your own neighbourhood: the Dresder Neustadt is known nationwide for its variety of restaurants, bars, individual shops and particularly diverse atmosphere. With Schauburg (cinema) and Scheune (cultural centre), two Dresden cultural institutions are right around the corner.
In the spirit of being thorough, it should also be mentioned that kindergartens, schools, doctors, local shops, bus and train stations are practically at the doorstep.
